When directly consumed however, the changes are much more drastic. The blood elves are another prime example, as it turned their eyes green. Even prolonged exposure to Fel energies will cause this - a good example is the orcs who didn't even drink the Fel blood, being in close contact with those that did and all the warlocks using Fel magic made them turn green regardless.
A small sacrifice is suffient, it's really just the soul you are after.Īnyone using or affected by Fel will suffer corruption. So how does Fel actually work? Well, it works by sacrificing something and destroying their soul. Do you have the self control needed? Are you willing to pay the cost and suffer the consequences? While some people believe the best way to fight fire is with fire, as in fighting the Demons or other enemies with Fel itself - must look deep inside themselves. The most common users are demons of the Burning Legion (in fact, they ALL have Fel in their blood).
Those that wield Fel are often taking a great risk - as it is a very destructive, chaotic, and demonic form of magic.
